Two periodic dental examinations per year, or 1 comprehensive (new patient, initial visit) exam and one periodic exam
Two preventive prophylaxis (“cleaning”) procedures per year
Any radiographs (“X-rays”) associated with the preventive visits
Oral cancer screening, oral hygiene instruction, TMJ screening, iTero™ scan, and any other services that typically are included in the preventive appointment
One emergency visit per year with any necessary radiographs (“X-rays”)
Two fluoride treatments per year
Exclusive member pricing on sealants, at-home whitening, and Invisalign™ orthodontic treatment
20% discount on all other dental services
